Living Without Shoulder Pain

May 3, 2017

Shoulder and neck pain affect everyone at some point in their life.  Most of the time people put up with more discomfort than is necessary.  There probably is an easy fix for your problem.

Symptoms of a treatable shoulder problem include pain with motion or at rest, (especially night pain), weakness, and stiffness. Delaying an evaluation and treatment will most likely make it more difficult to easily correct your problem.  “Putting it off until you can’t take it anymore” can even lead to surgery.  At Blanda Orthopedics and Physical Therapy we offer “one-stop”  management with an emphasis on quality care and cost efficiency.

Chronic or recurrent shoulder pain is often due to normal wear and tear with aging, deconditioning, overuse, or poor posture.  If diagnosed and appropriately treated, these problems can be corrected before surgery is needed. Please call if you are experiencing shoulder pain for an evaluation and treatment.
